Well if we didnโ€™t live on opposite ends of the country, Iโ€™d be banging on your door to eat this menu!! Pinning it ALL.

    Dessert. Brownies? A crisp?

Impressive vegetable showing for Super Bowl Sunday.

Chocolate stout cake for dessert? (Or were you hoping someone else would, ahem, tackle it?) It might be winning if you didnโ€™t have to make it โ€ฆ

Dessert: How โ€™bout a Patriots victory?

A store bought suggestion is ok, right? I say get some Boston Cream Pie Ben & Jerryโ€™s and call it an awesome day. Have you tasted this stuff? Itโ€™s unbelievably good. (Go Pats!)

I found the recipe for the chicken wings on your site a week or two ago, and made them for my family. Everybody LOVED them, so weโ€™re bringing them to a Super Bowl party. Delish.

Iโ€™m making black & white cookies for our game day potluck. Donโ€™t know what the other teams fans will have ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Avatar Rachel says:

I have made both of these for party desserts. YUM.

There is something about the 4th quarter that just screams beer + chocolate chip cookies to me. To each his/her ownโ€ฆ

Iโ€™m rather taken with the idea of SmittenKitchenโ€™s latest post, Potato Chip Cookies, or my friend Lindsayโ€™s adaptation of Compost Cookies at http://kitchenoperas.com/2011/12/22/whole-wheat-compost-cookies/ (she includes the link to the original recipe as wellโ€ฆ

    OMG, Beth, itโ€™s a sign!!!!

(Bethโ€™s comment wasnโ€™t up yet when I was drafting mine.)

Made similar wings from a recipe called Obering Wings. Used white instead of red wine and included minced garlic. Yummy. Will try the tar pit ones next time.
